Why Square Dance!
Square Dancing is the only activity I know where you mix with all the people. There is no opposing team to beat! When we go to visit other clubs, it's to get to know them not beat them in some competition. Once considered a semi contact sport!
Yes, you have to learn the moves, but you don't have to do them perfectly! In fact we hope you don't and can laugh about a simple mistake! It's a dance of imperfection! Two left feet, three left feet, we don't care. Since everyone is on the floor (Hopefully!) there is no one to judge how you look when you dance!
Moving to Music and Laughter!
You go to any sporting event or concert and if you don't bring your friends with you, you do it on your own. And, you don't participate!
Looking to make some more friends. To get some exercise that you only realize you have done it when you get home! Maybe laugh so hard your Cheeks and Sides ache!
If it sounds like something you would like to be part of, come out and check us out. It only costs you some time spend with other people who are looking to make friends.
